California: Multiple people were killed on Wednesday evening in Orange, California, in a shooting incident, according to news agency Reuters. As per updates from Metro City Fire Authority Dispatch, at least four people were dead and two others had been transported to local hospitals.
However, the police said that the situation is under control now and there is no threat to the public at the moment.
According to police, the location of the incident appeared to be a small commercial building. Aerial videos posted on social media platforms showed police present at the scene.

Notably, this incident marks a deadly end to a month consumed by a series of high-profile cases of gun violence.
As per updates from New York Times, the encounter started around 5:30 PM (Local Time) in Orange, California, about 30 miles southeast of Los Angeles. Police said that a suspect had been hospitalized and another person had been injured.
Lt Jennifer Amat, a spokeswoman for the Orange Police Department, told NYT that officers had responded to the area of 202 West Lincoln Avenue near Glassell Street after reports of shots fired.
Police also added that when officers arrived, the shots were still being fired and the police found several victims. Police also indicated that the situation had resulted in an officer-involved shooting.
