Delhi Violence LIVE News And Updates: AAP Govt to Issue WhatsApp Number to Report Hate Messages Being Circulated on Social Media | Earth Indian

Delhi Violence LIVE: A day after 123 FIRs were registered and around 630 people were detained in connection with the communal clashes in the national capital, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Sanjay Singh on Saturday asked the Delhi Police if the cases filed by them also included the names of those whose hate speeches triggered the riot like situation in North East districts.

He also attacked the media and asked if it will question why no FIR has been lodged against BJP leaders who fanned tensions in the capital city. “Will the media now ask that under whose pressure, no FIR has been filed against the BJP leaders?” asked the AAP leader, referring to the alleged hate speeches of BJP leaders Kapil Mishra, Anurag Thakur and Parvesh Verma.

Meanwhile, security forces continue to be deployed and section 144 is in place in North East districts of Delhi.  Police have claimed that no incident of violence has been reported in the last three days.
